1. Accepted Payment Methods

Supen Spa accepts the following payment methods: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. Payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment Timing

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. For membership packages, full payment is required at the time of purchase and activation. Prepaid bookings may be required for certain services or peak-time slots.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of booking confirmation, not at the time of browsing the website.

4. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed digital transaction, please contact your bank or payment provider. If amount has been debited but service not received, contact us at +91 98198 93901 with transaction details. Resolution is subject to verification and may take 5–10 business days.

5. Invoices & Receipts

Digital receipts or invoices can be provided upon request at the time of service. We are not obligated to provide retrospective invoices for past transactions.

6. Price Discrepancies

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings made at the incorrect price, even if the booking has been confirmed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such errors.

7. No Liability for Payment Platform Issues

Supen Spa is not responsible for any issues, delays, failures, or security breaches arising from third-party payment platforms, banking systems, UPI services, or card networks. All payment disputes with third-party processors are between you and the respective platform.
